This is a completely updated, remodeled, classic floating home (houseboat) with two bedrooms, two baths, two sky decks, a floating dock, and front deck. Radiant heat throughout. Fast Internet, full channel TV, views of San Francisco, Tiburon, Belvedere, Mt. Tam and the Sausalito Headlands and lagoons. Water toys include a clear-hull kayak and Hobie stand up board/peddle board. Natural splendor and just 15 minutes to Rodeo beach, 15 minutes to San Francisco, 20 minutes to Muir Woods, 40 minutes to the California wine country. Walk to fabulous Sausalito restaurants. There’s no way to fully express in words how wonderful this houseboat, amenities and location are. We had the time of our lives. Sausalito is a gem but Issiquah Dock and the RMS Atlas are pure magic. The views and water, eateries and vibe are like no place else. Thank you Regina for our month of paradise!
