We saw a deer in the backyard, just by the firepit, the first morning. The location is near Helen, the Appalachian Trail, tubing, waterfalls and scenic drives. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has plenty of linens, extra blankets, and toilet paper. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans, dishes. There was complimentary coffee, tea, creamer, packets of sugar, Sweetner, salt and pepper, as well as dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and even softener sheets. I have stayed in many VRBO homes, but never one that was so well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. The house is accessed by one step, a rarity in the mountains. It's just 3 steps down to the main floor and one bedroom, bathroom. All other bedrooms are upstairs and share an upstairs bathroom. The property manager responded very quickly to any request. The entry door stuck a bit the first time. She urged us to try again. We just had to push harder. After that, it opened easily. This is a great house.
