My husband and I were so excited for our first child-free getaway. We were very disappointed with Cambria’s customer service. The pillows are like tiny Little Rocks. When we asked if we could have two more they said, “No, we do not have any.” Housekeeping was by request only We had the room for 3 days. I called the second day and asked for our sheets and towels to be replenished. Housekeeping never came. I called later in the day and they dropped off new pillowcases and towels. The shower door is a glass rolling door that does not close. We had to stick a washcloth in the roller to keep the door closed. Lastly, parking. The hotel charges $40 per day. There is the Jefferson lot directly across the street that charges a flat rate of $25. Park there!! Since Savannah is such a walkable town, you won’t even need to move your car. Overall, the Cambria was the only downside to our amazing trip in Savannah.
