Stayed here for one night. Biggest complaint is that when I tried to leave in the morning there was no one at the front desk. There was just a sign that said they were out to help another guest. The hotel was advertised as 24/7 service, but the entire lobby was empty and the place seemed deserted. It was also advertised as complimentary breakfast, but there was nothing going on. I wish that this had been communicated when we checked in the day before, but there was no notice. The phone number to the hotel also didn’t work. After waiting for 40 minutes, I had to call the main number for Comfort Inn and they used an emergency number. Luckily, someone came in through the front door after that and was also surprised to find out that no one was at the front desk. Not to mention that the beds were uncomfortable :( so I definitely won’t come back.
