When arriving to check in we were told they overbooked and they didn’t have a room for us. Someone “forgot” to call us ahead of time so with no help from the manager at 8pm with a sleepy child in tow had to find another hotel with vacancy’s. I have never had this happen before and still frustrated by the event and Managers attitude and rudeness.

I got the king suite.It was very spacious, very cozy. The only thing I noticed was hair on the shower wall, and hair on the bathroom floor. Overall customer service is great.
