I picked this place because it looked to be pretty decent and was more affordable than others. I paid $150 for a king room. My room was on the first floor and it was loud. There were people in the lobby most of the night. There was no water available only hot water from the coffee machine. My room smelled so musty and old. It was really gross, I checked in a little late and was too tired to change the room. It smelled like the ac hadn't been cleaned in years and the moisture in the room just stayed. There were random pieces of furniture that didn't match. There were pieces of dirt on the floor - I really doubt they vacuum often. I will say my bed linens were the only thing I felt were actually clean. It would have been worth it to me to pay a little more for another spot that I knew was clean and I was comfortable in.

I love this property! Clean rooms, comfy and most of all welcoming service. The employees really care for what they do as far as service was concerned and very accommodating! What I especially love to see was the employees comrade early morning, late afternoon folding towels, watering plants showing us that they really care in what they are doing and take pride in the company they work for. My sister, my little nephew and I stayed during a last minute stay during Helene Hurricane.. the power kept on flicker off during the night with several tornado warnings, but their generators kept kicking back in!! We thank God for comfort Inn during scary night in Midtown Savannah! Thanks for all you do!

The staff was nice and responsive. We liked our rooms (extended our stay and moved to a single king) , comfortable and clean. Pool was clean. Elevator to 2nd and 3rd floors. Nice hotel
Nice hotel. We had a king bed in a large room with a couch, desk and chair, and two additional chairs. The breakfast had many offerings, but was the same every day. Easy access and convenient to shopping and eating establishments. We would stay there again.

Called him at 8:30 9 o’clock to let them know that we were so many hours out and it would be about 2:33 in the morning before we get there to confirm everything and he said everything was fine to come on. I get down there at three in the morning or 240 something Just to find out that my reservation had been canceled and that I had to pay for the night that I reserved and then check out at 11 o’clock and then moved to another room the next day so I left that hotel and went to another one

Awful, Just Awful
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was black mold throughout the hotel. The inside was filthy. I booked the room through Expedia so I felt stuck. After calling into choice hotels and opening a case I was told to work it out with the front desk. After talking to them for 45 min they finally agreed that they would refund the remaining 7 nights but I was stuck paying for the first night. I packed up and left without staying a single night. choice said they issued a refund for the remaining 7 nights but they match says they only refunded 5 nights. I travel monthly and this whole experience has cost you a customer. I will never stay at one of your hotels again.
