Hot tub looked dirty or needs some TLC, the younger female at the front desk could have better attitude & some customer service training, ants all over bathroom when we used the jacuzzi tub, patio was flooded due to improper pitch & drain was higher than the ground so the water went no where which then caused the carpet inside the door to smell musty.

No AC
The AC stopped working sometime after 11pm. It was too late to complain about it. The AC was not cooling when we arrived/checked in (around 3pm). At the time, the supervisor was across my room and said that she would maintenance look at it. We immediately left the room to discover savannah. When we returned in the evening, the AC was cooling and working fine and it decided to break down again while we were sleeping. I had to cool my children with wet towels wrapped with ice. I have been waiting for 2 days for the hotel manager to respond to my email and phone call but I haven't heard from them. It was not worth the $300 stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff was great. Location was excellent, and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The only thing that was a bummer was how loud the street noise was. Not the hotel’s fault… but it was annoying being woken up throughout the night from the traffic and activity in the street.

I was charged extra fees and management is no help. They tried to say my room smelled like smoke and I know for a fact it did not. They took my keys from the valet and held them hostage pretty much and I cannot get my keys back I will be talking to an attorney on Tuesday.

Unexpected expenses.
I found the stay to great, didn't enjoy $45 a night for parking but the valets where nice. The rooms conditioner was very Loud turning on and turning off.I'll assume that the air conditioning units are having an upgrade soon.

Had a nice stay. The beds were not as comfortable as I’d like and the hotel shows signs of wear and tear that I’m not used to seeing at a Double Tree hotel. That aside, staff were 10/10. Really good people who were helpful when we needed it.
