The location itself is historic in the historic district, near shopping and the riverfront. Staff was excellent. A special thanks to Laurie, who was so helpful in directing us to services and saw us through the passing of hurricane Helene. The only thing not to like was the weather as Helene approached and the outside mess it left behind. But in all a wonderful adventure was had.

Nice but…
Beautiful, spacious room but tiny bathroom! Staff was very nice and offered complimentary waters and soft drinks as we returned from our sightseeing each day. Overall enjoyed our stay but feel this hotel is overpriced and lacking amenities of other hotels in this price range.

We had the deluxe king suite. Room was better than expected. Enjoyed a free glass of wine at the attached bar upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again. Close to Old Pink House, which is a favorite of ours. Also close to shopping and River street.

Staff is top notch. Instead of an awful phone queue with people that are not helpful, they pick up the phone, listen and respond. Best hotel I have stayed at in a very long time.

It was fabulous. The staff was always pleasant and the location was perfect. Little gift bags of popcorn and bottles of water in the room for snacks. Drink tickets for the cute bar next door. Can't wait to go back!

Loved this historic building and furnishings. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Parking is limited at the Inn, but they have arrangements with a lot just a block away. Great historic area for walking, shopping, eating.

First room had a musty smell and the next morning I was woken up by drilling at 7:00 am right out my window. I moved rooms and musty smell there too. AC was blowing right on the pillows on the bed. Tried to adjust the thermostat- would not move up or down. Had to leave even though I did not get a refund. So basically I paid for two days I was not there and then I paid at another hotel bc I had to leave. I was sick the following few days and I’m very sure it was the air quality in those rooms.

Comfy small hotel
Wonderful little hotel in the heart of everything. Walking distance to most of the tourist areas. Friendly & helpful staff. Quiet little bar attached to the hotel. Parking is minimal, but was lucky enough to have a spot every day. The lovely staff made sure my bed was clean everyday, they offer in room complimentary Keurig, bottle water & local snacks. Bathroom was clean, hair dryer in room. There is a mini fridge. Overall, would definitely stay her again.

The first night was great, but the next two nights on the second floor and we were on the first floor was bad. I don't know what was going own up there but it was noises. Everything else was very wonderful and staff, we could not have a better staff that helped us with food locations, directions, tell where we can go and do different kind of things. Overall this was an excellent place and location to stay. I will stay there again.

This property was super convenient very clean very hospitable. Staff could not have been friendlier, we are traveling with two small dogs, being pet friendly really matters to us and everybody was super .it is a perfect location for dining walking and if you have pets for taking care of their necessary needs, we will definitely stay here again. Five stars all the way.

My overall stay was great. The eclectic style of the room uses the age of the building to make a great night's stay for any guest. I would have liked a bit more modern to take away from the old ambiance that I payed for and liked. Old sofa could be more modern.

The location and the historic nature of the hotel were the main attractions. The whole historic area is walkable from the hotel (it rained during our visiit so we used Uber as well). I love the old design features - exposed brick, wide plank floors, high ceilings, and the baths were updated. I felt the staff was invested in our stay, the service felt personal. I would definitely stay here again.
