Everything was just fine for an overnight stay. The room and bed were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and updated. The sofa in the room should be replaced.

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn many times and I’ve stated this one many times everything was perfect except the elevator wasn’t working but manager on duty or the lady behind the desk found me a room on the first floor. She was very helpful and the cleaning staff took care of my room right away, so all I can say is terrific

We have stayed at this hotel many times. This is the first time that we have been disappointed. Our room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not clean. The hotel seems to have gone downhill and is not updated.

You get what you pay for.
Although hotels.com knew 5 were staying in the room, we.arrived very late and exhausted with a cantankerous toddler and two boys only to find there were no bed linens or pillows even in the room for the two boys. When we went to call the front desk, we found the phone completely disconnected. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk did not mention anything about texting for service, so my husband had to walk all the way back down to the front desk at 2:30 a.m. to ask for bed linens before our kids could sleep. The upholstry on the pull-out couch was quite dirty. The king size bed was comfortable and its bed linens looked and smelled clean and the bathroom was clean. Overall, you get what you pay for. Since it saved us $100 to stay there, I guess it was still worth it, but we only slept there. Would not recommend it for anything else.

Great Overnight Stop
Exactly what my family and I were looking for for our overnight on the way to Florida. Clean room, comfortable beds, and a really good breakfast. We found our new spot.

what happened to this place
first the girl at the front desk was very nice and could not be more helpful. the first room we were assigned was opened when we got there and not fully cleaned. the next room we got was also not really cleaned and smelled. One of the pillows had pink mold and when ii woke up I had a sucking candy stuck to my leg. I dont eat candy and noting in bed. how gross. what happen to this place we have been staying here twice a year for the last 7 years on our trips to Florida and have never had an issue.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered was very good and versatile for every appetite. The parking was not convenient to the location of my room and the side entry door did not work (which would been much closer to my room) and the staff member was not even able to open it manually. It seems a small thing, but it was late and I was tired after having driven from Ft Lauderdale , Fl., to Savannah, Ga with rain all the way.
