I am over 80. After 6 hour drive to arrive at 7.15 pm and find no one to check us in or the two couples ahead of us. 20 minutes before we were checked all in. Crazy in a hotel this size to have ONE person on staff to do-this while the apparent manager was off helping setup a crib. Then next morning no cooked food or muffins at the time we happened to want to eat.

Property was dirty, and breakfast was awful all staff worked breakfast and no one was available at front desk … the place was definitely not worth the money!!! It needs the carpets shampooed and floors mopped !!! Needs a good deep clean and better employees!!!

My review of property was overall favorable except some of the electric outlets in my room didn’t work in a showerhead with loose and I didn’t think it was enough towels in the room for two people. They gave us one towel piece when I think it should’ve been two towels a piece we have to keep calling The front desk to have room service housekeeping come up and bring more towels

Very good hotel aside from 3 things. The breakfast is ok at best. Their attempt at potatoes and eggs was pitiful. 2nd, there were hairs on the towels and some were dirty. Lastly when trying to get more towels, the front desk was not helpful at all. I had to persist to get them to help.

When you walk in this hotel, the floors look dirty and are. The room floor carpet had very bad spill stains and the tile floor was filthy. After showering, I used the towel to wipe up the water spots on the floor and the towel literally had black dirty area that touched the floor. The people were very polite and courteous.

Booked into a handicap- which is fine except the beds were awful!! Lumpy and felt old! Was told I requested a handicap room- but I didn’t. Was told those beds for standard for that sort of room- makes me feel bad for those with disabilities! Asked to change rooms- but told that was not an option. Asked for extra blankets for our 2 beds- was told we could only have one- so what- the person in the other bed is just out of luck?? Reacted rudely when I asked for the bottle of water that you are supposed to get upon check in for Hilton honors members.
