The staff was rude during check in and checkout, the elevator was out of service, the room smelled quite rank, the AC’s digital panel was broken and couldn’t regulate properly, and even though a do not disturb sign was on the door and checkout wasn’t until 11, the cleaning crew made sure to bang on the door repeatedly at 9:45. Lastly, they nickel and dime you with a $25 fee which they describe as a “destination fee.” When I asked, I was told it was because they are a premier destination. LOL! I booked this hotel because a friend stayed there a few years ago for a wedding, but it’s equivalent to a La Quinta or a poorly kept Econo Lodge. With all there bs fees they hit you with at the end, the pricing is comparable to much nicer hotels in the same area. Book the Desoto or River Inn. You’ll be glad you did, and your life will be better if you never spend a single night at the Indigo.

I have always been a fan of the Indigo Hotel but this locatuon in Savannah disappointed me greatly. Rooms were average to small. No microwave. My room was above the patio area which had music on around the clock! Day and night, nonstop! So beware of getting a room above the outside patio area. We had to switch rooms and they were accommodating to our request. They also charge a 25$ a night hotel fee which was never discussed during check out or at booking. Sneaky! BEWARE! We were charged additional 65$ for two night stay for a stupid hotel fee and they give you 4 free drinks on hotel,( that is why the drinks are free, not really!). Next door building construction so you will hear it also. Will probably not stay here agai.

The hotel was beautiful but smelled of dogs. The room had a strange smell too. There were about $100 in fees I was not prepared for. I still don't know what they charged me for. Two people in the room and they gave me one drink token. The staff was not very friendly or attentive. When waiting to check out I had to endure the argument between a customer and management because the cleaning staff went in their room and threw out their things. Instead of the manager apologizing, she told them it was an honest mistake because the staff saw them take their suitcase to the car. Apparently they took their cases to the car and went to breakfast and were planning to get the rest of their things after breakfast. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for them to stop arguing before I could get my receipt to try to figure out what they were charging me for. Great location. Staff need training and they need some air freshener

Nice property. Clean lobby. Nice receptionist. Cool bar for drinks. Smooth check in. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms in the suite. I got two rooms. One faced the street, one faced the parking garage. Either room people could see in your window if curtains were open. Hotel is too close to the street. Good perks. Door seemed broken like it was off track. I could peep into the room from an opening on the side of it and see what people were doing inside while I stood outside the room in the hallway with the door closed. Valet charges too much. Didn’t want the hassle of getting my own parking.

We prepaid for parking but they charged me again. There was nobosy to talj to at 530am so I left. Never use Hotels.com again. You guys dont tell all the added fees until too late and no ody to call. So I am done

The suit we ordered and got charged for was not available. The next day we got moved to a suit with leaking toilet. Water was running for 2 days until the water part came in to fix running water. Manager Alexis was nice but no one offered to move us to a suite without any problems . For inconvenience we received one time free breakfast.

Let's start off by saying valet is $48 breakfast is $18 per person they give you two coins for two drinks upon arrival there's a bar and they do serve food onsite the three room suite as I call it was very very elegant my only issue I asked for a shower and I was given a tub ugh!!! Any way it was very pretty friendly guest breakfast was delicious just expensive but would I visit again yes no extra charges I paid threw Expedia
