The lobby is beautiful and our room had a nice balcony overlooking the lobby with a view of the river from inside the lobby/- best of both worlds- beautiful view of lobby and river without the cold December wind. Everything was conveniently situated from the elevator to the free ferry boat dock just outside the hotel. The hotel is immaculate and all of the staff were helpful and friendly.

The location of this property, right on Savannah's Riverfront makes it perfect for walking to restaurants, shops etc. Also for viewing ships on the river. It is a very large hotel and we felt that our room location, 4 floors above the hotel lounge, did not provide the quiet we would have preferred. Also, I was charged for internet until my husband's Marriott number was entered at the desk, it did not accept it in the room-be advised to check your bill. They did remove it but only because I questioned the charges. Felt the location was the best! The hotel-just so, so.

Lobby area clean, spacious and pretty with great views of outdoor space including the River and ships coming in and out of port. The rooms were clean, spacious and provided excellent bedding and pillows. Also loved the balcony! This was our second stay and would return again.

While the hotel is lovely, the hallway outside our room was very noisy well into the night. We didn’t find the staff very friendly when we checked in. We enjoyed the riverwalk and found an excellent seafood restaurant named Huey’s that was very reasonable and yummy overlooking the river.

Location perfect. Concierge Chris Edscorn was very helpful educating us on sightseeing opportunities. Only complaint: Water in shower could have been hotter.

The Hotel was in a great walking location to downtown river front shopping. HOWEVER parking was 40.00 dollars a Night to park at the hotel WITH your stay..The outside road noise was terrible sirens and traffic all through the night. The lack of security was a surprise.No cameras in the halls and the doors to the parking garage were open straight into the hotel lobby. Internet was a extra charge of 15.00. And the purchase of a plastic bottle of soda down stairs was 4.27. .. Our neighbors next door were so loud and banging furniture.The kids were trying to unlock the connecting doors from theres to ours..Had pizza delivery at 12 am and kept going in and out of the room having to slam the room door over and over... We called the front desk 3 times before someone was sent to check out if there was even an adult present inside.. For the money spent definitely stay somewhere else.
