This is a 3 star hotel on a 5 star price menu! Design is flawed, facilities are already suffering from deferred maintenance, and the staff, although very polite, are not adequately trained. The second wing is treated as a poor second cousin. No one to open the doors most of the time. Water on the entry ways should be swept and blown off daily, but it is treated as if it is no big deal. Older or compromised people are not good target customers.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel! Every time we drive from FL to SC, we stop over for a night in Savannah. This hotel has a great location and it's such a walkable town. The customer service is phenomenal, such friendly helpful staff. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay!

The room service desk is terrible called more than 10 times each night no one answers! The front desk is always crowded with only one person for service! Extremely noise inside !! Best spot in SVH. Well worth the cost. Centrally located and everyone is beyond awesome. Stayed at the Brice but left early because it was awful and stayed here. It was like going from Dollar Tree to Macy's.

Super stay in Savannah

Gorgeous hotel and very walkable to lots of restaurants/shopping/museums in the downtown Savannah area. Staff made us feel very welcome especially Estelle at the Front Desk. Drivers Trevor and Cameron were helpful with recommendations during our stay. Valet service was a little slow when we needed our car. Champagne service was such a treat! We were here for NYE and although the hotel seemed busy our room was very quiet and comfortable.

Rooms were beautiful and hotel is also stunning. 2 small issues- my air was having a problem it wouldn’t cool down enough and then the heat was too hot. 1 girl at the front desk had an attitude like she didn’t want to be there and was bothered when I asked for some toiletries and water. Outside of that it’s a fabulous place to stay
