Horrific

This place was disgusting, dirt, grime, hair, dust everywhere. Dirty hand prints on the walls, boogers on the walls. Listing clean beautiful home, far from it. Cob webs and bugs everywhere. Listing claimed to have a pet friendly fenced in yard. The fence was blown down from the hurricane and over looking a crack house with abandoned cars in the 4 foot high grass. Great view when you’re enjoying your private pool. The pool was I swim able, green algae covered the bottom.we arrived late in the evening, tired from a 7 hr drive to walk in and find this place looking like a squatters paradise. After looking around for a bit I contacted patriot family and explained to them condition in which this dump was in and that we would not be staying here at all.I requested a full refund and I still have not heard back from them going on 4 weeks.

I want to request a refund

The worst, I have ever encountered in my entire life, the home was misrepresented, had at least 12 hazards that could injure someone and I will be reporting my finding to the BBB, and the the local government office responsible for inspecting the property for occupancy, my family would not stay in the home due to the conditions. I cut the trip short, and left sooner. We did not complete the full stay due to the above mentioned.

Worst house I’ve ever rented

This house should not be on the rental program. The one TV in the house didn’t work the smoke alarm batteries needed changing and were beeping when we arrived. Most of the lights didn’t work. The floors were sticky and our shoes stuck to the. The exterior of the house is green and black with mildew.the entire house needs repay and painting. The 1980 wallpaper was pilling of the walls. The pool was covered with a tarp and 2x4s with nail sticking up. We did not plan to use the pool but it was quite the eyesore and dangerous if you have little kids. It’s advertised as 2 1/2 baths. However, there is only one bathroom and a half bath downstairs. Do you have to go through one bedroom to get to what they call is three bedrooms but they’re storage rooms with beds in them. There were no window treatments on the front bedroom and the bed was broken in one bedroom so they were really only two rooms that were usable. The mattresses were hard as rocks and covered with a plastic mattress pad protector. Half the lights in the house didn’t work we use the bathroom with the door pot because the toilet closet light was out and we had to shower in the dark in the one tiny shower. We were in town for a tournament so we only slept in the house. It was definitely not somewhere we wanted to stay and hang out. I reached out to the Patriots and they said they would get back to me. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word. I sent pictures. Don’t rent this house you will regret it.

DON"T DO IT!!!!!

This property needs maintenance. Dirty carpets, one tv in the whole house, and the back yard is a step above being a dump! The main reason I booked this home was for the pool. However, upon arrival, the pool was not up to par. Leaves were everywhere, algae growing at the bottom and the water level was well below where it should have been. I emailed the property manager and a pool technician arrived promptly and began cleaning and adding water to the pool. When the technician left, the water level was still not up to par. On Day 2, more algae had grown over night. The technician return (without my calling), cleaned again and continued to put water in the pool. There was no communication as to whether we should the pool that day. On the morning of check out, (the technician came to the home early that morning as well) the pool was pristine! That was no help to us because we were leaving. Even though I voiced my dismay from Day 1, the only concession offered was a $50 discount (a mere 4% of my total cost). The manager stated the technician gave the okay that the pool was good to go, and he was standing by the expertise of the technician. I find it hard to believe that the pool was good to go when the technician had to service it 3 days in a row (every single day we were there). We never got to use the pool and our inability to use the one amenity that matter most was brushed off as a non-issue. I DO NOT recommend this property.

House w pool

Great house loved having the private pool- honestly it could have the carpets cleaned and the edges around the to be redone. But we enjoyed our stay it was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great neighborhood. Would definitely go back!!! Highly recommend

Close to Savannah

We always felt safe at this property and it was seemingly close to everywhere we went. The property was well stocked for our general usage of sleeping and showering. The beds were comfortable as well. The only problems we had were that there were not enough bath cloths for each of us and that the tub in the master bathroom was not very clean. (My wife noted soap scum that she could displace with a bath cloth). These were minor things as we enjoyed our stay and love the area.
