Neat old hotel with lots of upgrades/updates. Remember that floor 4 is street level and floor 1 is river level. Easy check in/out and everyone was friendly. Food at Broken Keel was good, server had an off day and was a bit grouchy, but fine. Location was great. Trolly tour picks you up just down the street.

Amazing hotel in an old cotton warehouse. The staff was amazing! $10 coupon for breakfast Happy hour from 4 to 5:30 Free bottle of water and a snack. Discounts for shopping Etc.

Water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE. TV screen display has lines in it. The balcony is not work the extra money. Great being on river street and loved the manager happy hour. Didn’t get to try to restaurants inside.

The hotel is almost centrally located bay and river st making it a great location for walking and exploring Savannah. The attached restaurant Huey’s is also one of our favorite dining locations on the river.

Room was a little dusty and sticky, but with an older building and high humidity to be expected. You could feel the history in the brick walls. Only disappointment was the valet service.

Historic hotel at its finest. Great central location to all activities. Staff (Hallie) was so helpful as was the Valet staff. I've never had a hotel nor have I heard of a hotel staff that went the distance as this bunch did to make our stay so enjoyable. We plan on making another trip to Savannah to catch the things we missed this time due to our short stay and will be staying at the River Street Inn again.

The hotel was nice if you are into historic properties. I was very upset at check in when I was told that I was being charged a $30 PER DAY fee to stay on the property. I was not aware of any fees prior to booking this hotel Very disappointed in Expedia as well as the hotel.
