Great ample space for our family. Nice high ceilings and light. Nice decor. Amazing location, close to main streets and the river! Did not like the pre-check in process, which took three tries, but the customer service agent was great.

We were told about the fire alarm test at 9am. But, it went on and off for almost 45 minutes. Seemed a bit overdone. Ear plugs good idea aside feom the alaem test. It was rather noisy around till 11pm

I loved this place and would stay here if I had a group or more than just myself. I was there on a business trip alone and had to leave for an early morning by 3 am flight. I felt very scared walking alone at 3 am in the dark alleys to the only public parking 3 blocks away. I only felt safe accessing the front of the building as well which is on Broughton. But again. everything else was nice about my stay, I just wish they had parking closer as it was really inconvenient and added $20 per day to my stay.

Couples Retreat
Property was nice and cozy for a couple. It was clean and stocked. I did find myself wishing for closer parking and the floors did a lot of creaking when someone walked. So that could get some use too. Overall I would stay again. Great location in the downtown area! Would recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first trip to Savannah and the location is AMAZING. Everything is within walking distance and there are so many restaurants, shops, cafes, and anything else you could think of. This property is self check in and I found the whole process super easy as long as you follow the directions. Since Savannah is so historic the building itself is a little older so the floors do have some areas where they creak pretty loud, but honestly it didn’t bother me too much. Luckily we didn’t have anyone staying above us until the last day of our stay and we could hear them walking a little bit but they do provide ear plugs for sleeping. The apartment itself was very spacious, the bedroom could be a little bigger but no big issue. BE WARNED there is construction underneath/next door due to the Lulu lemon and it is LOUD and it starts around 7am but with the ear plugs I didn’t hear it too much. I would definitely stay here again and I plan on staying in other Sonder properties around the country!

I am going to start by pointing out that the only DRAWBACK to this place is the parking situation because Expedia is very misleading in the way that they describe it. The description notes that there is 'limited on-site parking'--there is no 'on-site' parking. There are two parking garages that they have partnered with that you can use for $20 (ours came to $28 for less than 24 hours). These parking garages are both a 7-10 min walk away. Now for the positive! The space itself is very cool and comfortable--loft style with original wood flooring and exposed brick, high ceilings, bright natural light, updated decor, a private windowless bedroom very conducive to a great sleep, a large convenient kitchen setup, and a luxurious shower and linens. Overall we are 50/50 on whether we would stay again--part of the reason that we chose the space was the price. If we had known it was going to be $30 more a night once parking was added in, we would have expanded our search to other places that had a higher list price but included free parking.

This is a great option for staying in the heart of downtown Savannah. Room was clean and the size is equivalent to a one bedroom apartment, much bigger than a king suite in a hotel. My only complaint is that there is literally not one parking space available…. to even unload your luggage. It’s perfect for an Uber drop off, but if you drove, you’ll be parking 3 blocks away in a parking garage and then hoofing it back. Fine for me… enjoyed the walk and the weather was nice. I will definitely be staying here again.
