Wonderful stay and great breakfast at The Marshall House! Close to shopping, historic spots, sweets and dining. Staff are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is beautiful and historic which we enjoyed. The wine and cheese reception included entertainment each evening which was a bonus!

The Marshall House is a must!
The staff was amazing and super accommodating, they even booked several of our excoursions for us. The hotel was exactly as expected if you are looking for the old world charm mixed with a 2024 Savannah!

The staff was outstanding, especially the wonderful front desk man on nightshift, so courteous & professional. They kept the historic integrity of the building, so you must keep that in mind when staying there. As you it is not shiny and perfect, has imperfect floors and oddly shaped rooms, this was my favorite part of the hotel.

Property was very good. Savannah needs to increase police presence and not just speeding cars but police on foot or bicycle. Too many homeless and vagrants in and around the parks.

Anniversary trip just for an evening. Hotel is wonderful, we stayed in a suite and it was magical. The breakfast was also very good vs even the nicer more expensive historic inns we have stayed at in historic Savannah. The only negative is the homeless have really become an issue on Broughton. They never were around the hotel but they have made a nice area of Savannah less enjoyable to walk through. They have become more in number and activity. The hotel is a wonderful place and location.

Only suggestion would be you are in desperate need of a tech upgrade for your WiFi and TV’s. Minor glitch with the room AC which they promptly fixed by upgrading us; thank you sincerely. The staff is amazing; especially the door person and the lovely ladies serving breakfast. Love the age of the hotel and the location. A few minor tweaks to bring in a few new things without distraction from the old. Perfect location and close to everything. Have stayed before and would definitely go again.

Our family had a great time here! It was pleasant and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very cozy. Great location, walkable to shopping and restaurants. The evening happy hour is really nice with a funny harpist who plays classic rock music and mostly whatever you want to request. We will definitely go back!
