This place was cheap and convenient to 95 while traveling. The floors in our room were gross. There is no one at front desk overnight and security is lacking. Small groups of workers hanging around parking lot drinking after work. Close to some shops and restaurants, within walking distance. But others are over a mile.

The app says check in anytime after 3 o’clock. It’s only buried in the fine print but it’s only open until 10. When I called and someone said they would be right out, it still took quite a while for them to get there and check me in the room itself was fine. Homeless people sleeping in the parking lot in cars though.

Do not stay here. It was the nastiest hotel I have been in. My family and I left immediately even though it was nonrefundable. Bugs, smoke, and filth are the only ways to describe this place.

Wood spring Suites in Pooler is SUPER GROSS
The hotel was filthy and one of our 3 rooms wasn’t even clean and ready at 11:30 at night. With the amount of money I spent, I would expect a refund of some kind from this hotel. My room had feces in the toilet, toenail clippings on the floor, it was disgusting and we were stuck, as we got in so late at night. There was only 1 lady working there and she was worn out. It was crazy.

I called ahead to cancel the first day of my 11 day stay in Savannah, GA. I drove all the way to Savannah, from Alaska. I ran behind one day and they had NO flexiblity with rescheduling. It would have been marked as a no-show. I did get full refund of course!!! But it left me scrambling for another hotel that day while I was driving 12 hours... Expedia than booked another hotel for the 4-14, Which when I arrived. They were completely booked. Moving forward I will not use a third party app for my hotel stays. It caused unnecessary stress and wasted time.
