Lovely weekend getaway!
The house was very clean, except it smelled like mothballs. But overall everything was today and the hot tub was very clean and perfect! The backyard was a great place to hangout. Everything was described well except there actually was a grill too! Only recommendation I would make is to add a baking sheet and add a few more towels for the beach. Thank you for a great weekend!

One pleasant mile to beach, walking
Great location. Pictures representative. Great beds actually! Many dishes/utensils; no staples/spices. Dishwasher does not work. One mile walk vs. three mile drive to beach of Lake Michigan. Foosball, spacious, hot tub, washer/dryer, and lots to like!

Michigan vacation house
We loved the property, cleanliness and openness of the rooms. Beds were comfortable and whole house was accommodating, especially for the small children that were with us. Would have brought our own towels as those were limited and seemed kind of old, but adequate. We just could have used a few more. All in all, the house was great and would come back again.

Enjoyed the Space
We found the house clean and spacious. The location was perfect for the area we wanted to visit. The house layout was perfect for two families with kids. The large yard was great, the foosball table was a lot of fun, and the hot tub was great after hiking the Warren Dunes. We reached out to the property contact to request early/late check in/out but received no response. The 4pm check in and 10 am check out is a bit late/early compared to other spaces we have rented. Three people showed up at the house unannounced at check-in claiming to be there to "look at the trees." There was obvious work being done on the property but strangers walking around the property while excited kids were running around was frustrating. A heads-up call or text from the property contact would have been simple and appreciated.

We were extremely unhappy with how dirty the place was. It didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. All 3 bathrooms were disgusting. They definitely had not been cleaned. I had to clean them before they were fit to use. Very disappointed for the price

Spacious in a quaint location
This home served as a great space for friends weekend. Plenty of room in the kitchen, dining room, and living room to gather. We found Sawyer and its surrounding cities/towns to be friendly and quaint.

Perfect for a family get away!
Between the huge back yard, hot tub, large living room/ dinning space, outdoor living space, fire pit, and fusballl table this was the perfect get away for our family. Easy entry, lots of kitchen tools for making meals, fast laundry machine, fast dishwasher, and love the open concept living space. No negative reviews at all on this one!

Pretty area very close to beach
The area itself was pretty run down but had a lot of attractions near by. Such as the beach was only 1.5 miles away which was amazing. also in-between several bigger towns with more to do only a short drive. however the house itself was just dirty, it felt as if no ones been in the home in several years. The hot tub had yellow-orange foam floating all over the surface and the house didn't have anything but a hand pump vacuum that only worked when under the water so the surface was uncleanable. many of the bathrooms had a layer or dust or dirt on the counter tops as well, and there were still dirty rags in the sinks? Overall its a 3 star because we did come to love the location but it was just too gross upon arrival.

Very spacious, clean, etc. The only downfall was the lack of communication from the property contact. I emailed twice with no response. I even called Evolve and asked to have someone call me. No call. This was the ONLY disappointment. Everything else was wonderful!!

Overall good stay
The house was in a great location, close to great beaches! Just a short drive to Union pier, three oaks and New Buffalo. The house was great space, we have 3 adults and 4 kids( kids loved the lofted room). The house itself has a musty smell, they could use a dehumidifier. They definitely need some new towels with a stronger smelling laundry detergent and a few of the beds could use some new linens. Overall we had a fun stay, kids enjoyed the hot tub and the closeness to cherry beach!
