We had trouble with our TV, phone, and clock. The front desk came up to check, but she could only stay a few minutes because she was the only one on duty. I generally pick a place with something over an 8 rating, which this place had. We could stay pretty much at any place in the area, but usually pick a no frills place with a decent rating because we pretty much just sleep there and spend the rest of our time either golfing, visiting relatives in the area, dining, or visiting the local racetrack/casino. I think the issue may be that this place is generally used by homeless folks who can afford the $250.00 to $300.00 weekly rates to call this home, and management may not stay on top of repairs and the like.

Under minimum standards
If the bathroom fan was not on the room smelled of smoke. We had two towels one of which was dirty when I called for more towels they said they didn’t have any they were currently doing laundry and I would have to wait about an hour. When I called back they had only one staff and I would have to go get my towels. They only have one key card they didn’t have extras and the first card I used didn’t even work I had to go down and get another one. Breakfast should not be included it was so bad

The pillows were horrible, i had to go buy new ones, the toilet ran all night, there was a hole in the side if the bath tube, couldnt really take a bath. Breakfast was horrible as well.

Well my 1 bedroom suite was super small but everything was right there an arm reach away from the bed. The microwave, the refrigerator, the coffee pot and desk. TV worked fine. There was a Walmart and Burger King on each side of the property. The street had grocery stores and a few restaurants within a mile or two. The only 4 star instead of 5 was that there was graffiti painted on my wall. It was blotted a little to cover it up but it looked like an AK52 rifle and another blot looked like a gunshot so that made it a little unsettling. That's the only thing I wouldnt have put someone in a room with. Kind of triggering. 😳 And the parking lot was empty, as I assume so was the hotel. It was a big hotel and I saw only a handful of people. I would imagine there were alot of walls in that hotel without such motel art. I didn't pay much and I didn't complain about it. The staff was nice. It was just out of context with the experience and I would have tried to avoid booking someone into that room until it was painted over properly.

The outside of the property looked very clean and spacious. Once you walk in they have a nice lounge. The king/ studio room was spacious, cold AC. One of the towels they provided us was stained. And the shower head fell off as soon as we turn the shower on. As for breakfast I wasn't impressed the waffle maker would stick . Not very many choices and the apple juice was watery. I guess you get what you pay.

1. A bit 'worn'. Toilet seat peeling finish. Carpet worn. Window seat cushion stained. 2. TV channels printed on a sheet of copy paper, folded onto of the bureau. Looked like scrap. Could put on a sheet protector, laminate, print on heavier stock. Easier for guests to locate and use. 3. Desk clerk/ server was friendly, efficient and helpful.

The rating is misleading
Please do me a favor and don’t go by the customer review and rating. These are all fake. I stayed there couple of nights and it is one of my worst hotel experience so far. The room was smelling terrible, the carpet and sheets had stains all over, the breakfast is laughable.
