Love the look and feel of hotel. Stayed there for the rooftop pool. My kids had a blast swimming. Rooms were comfortable and relaxing. A standard room with a nice bathroom, tv, microwave and fridge. Breakfast was good and their was multiple options. Kids were a big fan of the Mac and cheese from the room service. It’s delicious, but taste like Alfredo sauce. Parking was near to lobby. This hotel is located near the port which was nice. My favorite beach was pigeon point beach which is about 25 mins away.

The stay was okay. The buffet breakfast was simple and functional, not fantastic. Room was okay but toilet seat wasn’t repaired. One of the best features was the optimal location of the hotel for Tobago Carnival.

I would have preferred the property to be beachfront, but was very happy with the facility and the service overall. The shuttle to and from the hotel was prompt and the drivers were courteous. Benecia at the front desk was lovely - very helpful, efficient, and was very kind to my elderly mother.The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, but took a little long to be served. There was a good selection for the breakfast buffet, which was included in the cost. The rooftop pool was also very nice - lounge chairs were clean and in very good condition. Room was a good size for 3 people, with good working AC, and comfortable beds. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and already recommending for my family members to come next year.

The area around the AC was flooded. Maintenance crew came in twice. Other than that the stay was comfortable and convenient for our short stay. Breakfast was satisfactory and staff were quite pleasant.
