Very good hotel, but beware the details
A very good, if rather expensive, hotel with an excellent restaurant. The front desk staff were helpful, the room was a good size with a good desk, bright and airy, the location is ideal, and the restaurant is outstanding - the best cuisine I have encountered to date in Scheveningen (3 visits to date). A couple of disappointing aspects: - There was no fridge in the room - The queen bed I requested turned out to be two single beds and mattresses pushed together.

when we entered the room there was old garbage in the garbage cans. the toilet was dirty, when we called reception they said the house cleaners are gone and went home. the next day we left a tag on the door please clean the room. Theg never cleaned the room. i am not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Personal war sehr freundlich, für ein Upgrade bekam ich sogar eine Badewanne. War komfortabel. Mit Ausblick Richtung Kurhaus. 1 großes Doppelbett. Es gab die übliche Kaffeestation, nur keine Tassen. Und es gab kein Mininkühlschrank, (bar). Ich habe 1 Übernachtung gebucht, dafür war es gut.

Ein schönes Hotel mit netten Zimmern, jedoch mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern, wie z.B. kaputte Tapete und defektes Türschloss. Man kann es trotzdem weiterempfehlen. Zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung. Parken ist Holland generell eine Katastrophe. Im Hotel kostet Parken 27 € je Tag, es gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit über das Hotel für 17,50 € in einem anderen Parkhaus zu parken. Andere Parkhäuser kosten um die 50 € je Tag.

Hello our visit was good, the personal were very nice and the room was great, it was very big. The Breakfast was okay… the choice was very limeted and there wasn’t that much choice for vegan/ lactosefree.
