Bij aankomst door receptie geen opties aangegeven waar gedineerd kan worden, aangezien op woensdag geen diner mogelijkheid is in het hotel. De kamer, douche en ontbijt waren prima. Geen lift in het bij gebouw waar onze kamer was. Ruime parkeermogelijkheden voorhanden. Fijne sauna. Mooi uitzicht op het meer.

Super Lage,kein Aufzug,kleine Mängel.
Die Speisekarte ist sehr einfach. Die Bedienung macht sehr verbitterten Eindruck. Am dritten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht,weil wir keinen Schild an die Türe gehängt haben.

Tolle Lage und wunderbare Aussicht!
Wunderschön gelegen mit einem tollen Seeblick. Unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude war groß, sehr sauber und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war okay, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Saunabereich dagegen enttäuschend, eng und dunkel. Es gab nicht genug Liegen für alle Gäste und nur 2 Sessel als Sitzmöglichkeit. Ausserdem war der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19.30, was gerade im Winter zu wenig ist.

Idyllischer Aufenthalt
Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und äußerst sauber. Die Lage direkt am Schluchsee ist idyllisch. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Besonders nett sind die Angestellten.

Die Lage direkt am See ist super. Leider sind die Bilder der Zimmer, die man auf hotels.com sieht, vermutlich über 30 Jahre alt. Ausserdem hat das Restaurant eine schlechte Lüftung, am Abend riecht es überall nach Essen. Das Telefon und die Bibel vom Nachttisch zeigen ein bisschen, dass das Management noch in den 1980er Jahren verankert ist. Der Service war insgesamt gut und die Aussicht vom Zimmer direkt auf den See wirklich super. Wer auf Charme verzichten kann und Wert auf die Lage legt, ist hier richtig beraten. Achtung: Die Rezeption hat am Abend zur Zeit nur bis ca. 19.30 Uhr geöffnet.

also die anfahrt war schon ein hinderniss da uns nicht auf eine Umleitung hingewiesen wurde dann ging 2 tage die Heizung nicht und wir sollten am ersten tag kein frühstück bekommen Unstimmigkeiten mit der receptiuon da kann manden Urlaub nicht richtig geniessen
