You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Your downtown home - a quick walk to everything!

Your private apartment is one of two apartments in the building, and we live in the other in the winter. You'll have a private entrance, private deck, and the side and back yard all to yourself.


LIVING SPACES - A spacious living room has a smart TV and plenty of room for an air mattress (available upon request) making this apartment suitable for up to 6 guests. The living room has an AC unit powerful enough to cool all the living spaces.

The screen porch and deck are perfect hangout spots for your vacation - enjoy the fresh air without the mosquitos!! On the deck, relax in our Adirondack rockers next to a smokeless fire pit in the evening, or watch the town go by with your coffee in the mornings.

Fast wifi will meet all your working and entertainment needs!

BEDROOMS - The main bedroom has a comfortable king bed, bedroom number 2 has two twin beds. All linens and towels are provided, and extra blankets for all are in the closets. Both bedrooms have window air conditioning units.

BATHROOM - features a custom tile shower by a local Adirondack artisan and a free washer/dryer.

KITCHEN/DINING - enjoy preparing meals in the fully outfitted kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils), and eat at our unique dining table, also made by a local artisan.

OUTDOORS - park 2 vehicles in our large driveway, and you and your family and pets have the back yard all to yourselves. Please pick up any pet droppings for our next guests.
