The accomodation was located centrally. The rooms were a bit noisy, and not sure what was going on with the pillows. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again, but I’d bring my own pillow next time!

The hotel and hotels.com suck equally
Stay was fine, post trip was the worst. Booked though Expedia with a guaranteed credit card, I was not asked to present a card on arrival or departure. Assumed as usual that my booking thru hotel.com was simply billed to my card. Amazed to receive an email threatening to report me to the police!! Hotels.com, useless in resolving and apparently I missed an email amongst others from hotels.com because i book over 50 hotels a year and have hundreds of emails from hotels.com , largely with useless promotions which I do not read. Anyway, still shocked at the threatening language from this hotel and inability to either understand a guaranteed credit card or follow up payment.

Alles bestens
Sehr schönes Zimmer, alles sauber. Alles vorhanden was man braucht inkl eines Ventilators. Allerdings war diese Nacht so warm, dass auch ein Ventilator oder ein offenes Fenster nichts genutzt hat. Direkt in der Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Keine eigenen Parkplätze, aber gegenüber ein öffentlicher Parkplatz, der nachts kostenfrei ist. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Positive Überraschung
Der erste Eindruck lügt gelegentlich. So auch hier. Von außen eine eher unfreundliche Bausünden, entpuppt sich das Innere als hervorragend saniert. Super freundliches Personal.
