The Villa is located in a beautiful area balnerare, the town Timpi Russians in the San Giorgio in Sciacca. The Villa as the title suggests is really 70 meters from the sea which can be accessed from our driveway. The villa is bright, with large private garden and located in a flat area that stretches down towards the sea. The well-kept garden, large verandas from which you can admire the garden and the sea make the stay something unique. The beach is sandy and the sea is clear and clean.
