Nice place to stay
The view was a canopy and dry field, but that didn’t bother me. We were glad our room was on the top floor so we didn’t get the overhead noise. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but not unbearably uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent, except for the first day there wasn’t anyplace to sit because there were a lot of kids down in the dining room and we had to ask to sit with a friendly man. The swimming pool and spa were nice except I wish kids under 16-18 years of age were not allowed in the spa, they just wanted to jump around in it while their parents were involved in their phones and conversations. Overall the stay was nice and friendly staff.

On the way home,
Very clean and comfortable. Could see the parking lot from the room. Happy Hour and breakfast were excellent. Mexican Restaurant is within walking distance.

This would have been the perfect stay, but...at 4:00 am the alarm clock went off. Imagine getting a good nights sleep, until the alarm that you don't know how to shut off goes off. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. I would stay there again.

The only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel was because the elevator and pool was down. I was there for three days and I have not seen one maintenance No person at all the whole time I was there. It seemed like it wasn’t a big deal to them to get these things fixed, especially with being with a family of eight with 4 children And being from a whole different state expecting to swim, they didn’t even offer compensation for the elevator and swimming pool. It felt like it wasn’t their priority to get those things fixed for paying customers that were expecting those two things in this hotel. When I asked for help about the air conditioner again, they didn’t make it priority. Didn’t even get back to me. Didn’t tell me what was going on. I had to bug them constantly for new towels and more pillows. I had to remind the lady times before she even got up and did it for us. I definitely will be going to a different hotel when I go back in the area.
