Nestled in the harbor of the Barren River Lake, this two story lake house commands a spectacular year round view of the lake from each level.
When you arrive at this harbor nest, time stands still and relaxation begins. Designed and built with comfort and peace in mind:
This cozy house boasts 4 bedrooms. Each room has its own full bathroom that ensures a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. The house can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.
The shiplap walls, hardwood floors, granite kitchen countertops and the house ornaments set a homy tone throughout the house.
2 kitchens are well equipped for the family or friends gathering and staying. From the dinning table you can walk out to the lower deck overlooking the beautiful landscape bordering the lake, and relax or use the outdoor gas grill.
There are pool table, foosball game table and other games that your group can entertain inside the house. There are plenty of rooms to eat, hang out, and relax in the shade. A fire pit is provided on the back deck for your use as well. There are walking trails nearby for you to stroll by the lake.
The house has its private easy stairs to the private boat docks. You can park your boat at the dock and walk to the house directly. From the dock you can start kayaking or canoeing, fishing, or you can also rent a jet ski from nearby rental place for the water sports.
The available WIFi will connect you with the outside world and enable you to stay connected right at your vacation nest.

We have plenty of parking to accommodate your entire group and boat trailers you may have.

While staying at the Harbor Nest , you are just minutes from Bailey's Point Recreation area and public boat ramp, minutes from Barren River Lake State Park, and about 35 minutes from Bowling Green, KY. You can be easily on your trip to visit the National Corvette Museum, or Mammoth Cave.
We have two, adult-size KAYAKS for your use during boating season (April 15-Oct 15). We will also provide (2) adult-size life jackets,(2) child-size life jackets, and oars.
