The front desk person who check me in was not happy to be at work with additude. Yhe room smelled bad had to turn the ac on to recycle the air bathroom was dirty the bed was good . The on-site restaurant had little selection and was not eatable. We went back to the bar to watch the game and the waitress and bartender was the best thing that happened here. The breakfast was totally disappointing everything was overcooked and dry.

I am a 5 foot tall woman. The king size bed was too high for me to climb into. There was no footstool or anything I could stand on. I finally had to turn the waste basket on its side and step on that to get into bed.

I didnt like that the pool was freezing and couldnt go swimming and that the lids for the cups in our room for the coffee/tea didnt fit the cups and not enough sugar.

We had already sent a report to customer service and they had not contacted us back. Either, a random stranger used his keycard at the wrong door and got in, or one of the staff had let this man into our room without verification. We found him in his underwear. Best Western Plus Summits Clark, we’re still waiting for you to reply
