Hot water was spotty, as well as the main light where the sink is. The lady at the front desk was extremely slow and overwhelmed with simple tasks. Waited about 30 mins to simply check in, another 30 minutes to receive a key card.

Good hotel for the money.
Good location close to everything. Walkable to multiple restaurants. Clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast is good but mostly basic stuff. Only issues are the hotel only has 1 elevator which can become slow when busy. The headboards in both my rooms were loose and can be annoying with pillows hitting them. I had to move from my first room due to a non functional fridge. Overall a good stay for the week.

We stayed a night on the way to NYC. Check in was quick and easy. We did have trouble finding the driveway though. They could definitely benefit with better signage/ lighting in that regard.

Parking costs CA$20 tax each day. There are ample parking space. Front desk is quite busy most times. Elevator door opens up even before completely stopping so watch out when you get out. Its FallsView but you wont be able to see the falls at all due to other bigger properties like Marriott's obstructing the view. Location is awesome, just 20m walk to the falls, and several restaurants near by, and can walk to the Cliffton hill as well. For the overall price, I will give 4-stars.
