Overall the property is well kept . However there is no bell hop available for luggage to be taken to the room, If you are open to doing it your self there are not enough luggage carts for the guest.

Loved our stay! Quick highlights: - Our king room was beautiful. - The bathroom was sparkling clean. - The TV was easy to use offered streaming capabilities. - Fitness center was clean had enough equipment for a quick pump. - Had fun in the casino. Unfortunately, there is no valet parking. Short walking distance, but with steps. I got surprised that smoking is allowed in major part of the casino.

Morgan Son Hotel and Casino was well kept and staff are very friendly. The only issue we had was we thought the show we were going to see was on property only to find out that the Mohegan Sun arena at Casey’s Place was 15 minutes away and we had to deal with traffic and pay $20 for parking.
