I requested the front desk to cancel my booking because when we opened the door to the room there were people in the room smoking. They give us another room but that room the mattresses were on the floor... Very unsafe and dirty place.

When i checkedbin everything went well i checked into the room and it was clean but worn and i thought that for tge excellent price whatcwas i supposed to ask for. Then i went to shower and noticed that there was no water i told the desk attendant thry moved me immediately to a suite at no charge and i stayed for another 2 days.

I asked for a room with two double beds with a refrigerator and microwave the room they gave us did not have refrigerator and microwave but it's okay because they made sure we were taken care of and I'm happy about that because they not only gave us a room with the refrigerator and microwave like I requested they upgraded us to a King room which was very nice of them

My family and I live in a super 8. We were in the area for a concert so booked a stay here. We don’t have high expectations but I recommend running from this place as fast as you can. The door lock was busted, holes in the light switch, stains all over the place, the blinds had holes all over it, the tv was busted. The other guests would stare you down and I had one come out of their room to stare at me in my car. It certainly gave me the creeps. Totally disappointed and definitely don’t recommend.

It was shocking to see how dirty our room was, it was so filthy we wouldn’t sit on the beds or use the restroom so I just checked out. Awful experience and to top it off I didn’t get a refund or anything

Worst room ever
The door to the room as wide open to the outside. The bed was not made with trash on the floor. The room smelled of chemicals. This must have been a attempt to remove bed bugs. The local health authorities will be notified.
