I requested the front desk to cancel my booking because when we opened the door to the room there were people in the room smoking. They give us another room but that room the mattresses were on the floor... Very unsafe and dirty place.

the first room they gave us was under construction. second one was a suite black mold on celing towels were stained . the whole room was not cleaned. very upset . breakfast sucked no coffee or orange juice. had scrambled eggs burnt sausage patties . only bread for toast no bagles . dry ceral . poor selection for food

Room wasn’t clean, smelled of mildew. Area is not safe. No elevators! I’m handicapped and had to climb stairs to get to the room. Very noisy
