Blanket had a big hole in in it. Bugs or cigarette? We had the thermostat over 80 and still cold Key cards ware difficult to use. Needs total renovation

The manager was very strange looking in our window while his office was far away and I showed up one minute for checkout and they charge me for another day. This is really bad. That place is horrible.
