The check in clerk was on a personal call that was more important to our checking into the room. He did not tell us there was an elevator to the 2ed floor when we checked in. The room he exchanged us to, was a very difficult walk for 2 handicapped people. I have always been very satisfied with other Quality Inn personnel, but his mind was not on serving customers. There was another customer behind me, who was also left waiting.

Not the fanciest hotel, but it was clean and quiet which was all we needed for the night. We walked back to our hotel at nearly midnight and the propery was well lit and safe outside. No issues with our stay.

Good for a 1 night stay. In need of renovations and the room smelled musty because of the a/c. The a/c needs repair because it was not cooling properly, also the bathroom smelled like urine. Staff was great, the amenities in the lobby were great, like water and coffee. The property condition seems very run down. Noise in our room from upstairs and people in the hallway was disturbing. Carpets looked terrible.

We booked 2 rooms. The one with laminate floors was fine. The other smelled like a wet dog. We moved to another room. Smell wasn’t as bad, but we moved to a third room and it was the best of the 3. If you’re driving, there’s lots of stuff around. It’s limited if you’re walking. Saving grace was Tonya at the front desk. She was great! Very helpful and accommodating. She mentioned there’s a newer owner and the hotel was getting rid of the carpets, but customers were complaining about the noise, so they had to hold-off. But may continue the process at a later date. Thx for helping make our stay manageable, Tonya!

Traveling to Greece early in the morning! Shuttle to the airport at 4:00 was a huge perk of staying at Quality Inn. The room was spacious, clean and the staff was amazing. Recommended the place across the street for dinner and it was as good as she said it would be. Best part they had long term parking for our car. Great hotel for the night.
