Our 1313 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACHFRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this corner condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 yrs old. License # 2024-1344.
Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! $40 for gate pass/parking and $75 admin charge. These fees plus tax are already included in your VRBO quoted price. Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs; call if more.

Comb your private beach for precious seashells and sand dollars every morning. Keep an eye on the kids from your deck as they follow the dolphins. Open the glass sliding door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast is on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs. Put our 4 beach chairs near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pools tomorrow. Perfect beach spot

Great location if you want quick and easy access to the beach. Cozy home for a getaway and plan on being back in the future. Saw dolphins playing in the ocean in the morning from the deck!! I do wish we had information before booking on the status of amenities like the Seabrook restaurants and outdoor pools since that was one of the reasons I selected the property but they weren’t opening for the season until later in the week.

Excellent place to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay. And the area has so much to offer (even late in December)! The villa has everything you need, is nicely appointed and super clean. The beaches were great for long walks, collecting shells, watching dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! Views of the water and sunset from the villa’s deck are spectacular! I would watch the dolphins from the deck while having my morning coffee. The villa and Seabrook Island are pet friendly with a lot of areas for walks. The grocery store and plenty of shops are close by and don’t miss a trip into Charleston. Mary was an amazing host - excellent communication, responds right away and she is so sweet! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or host! I am looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful stay at seabrook island

We had an amazing time staying in this condo at Seabrook Island! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the peaceful views from the balcony and enjoyed the nearby amenities, including the pools and restaurants. Mary was very responsive and helpful, making the entire process seamless. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed here for a week just myself and my husband while kids were at summer camp. Amazing location with stunning views. Everything you need in the apartment - great to have a king bed and 2 bathrooms. Beach towels not included but the owner did remind us to bring them. What a view!

The condo was spotless and had everything one could need. The view is spectacular and the patio chairs were so comfy. We loved watching the wildlife from the patio. Excellent Vacation Location!

We just returned from our best trip to Kiawah/Seabrook Island yet! This was our first time staying on Seabrook Island but it won’t be the last. 1313, was all that we could have asked for … easy access to the beach, perfect view from the deck, and close to the pool and restaurants. The condo itself was roomy and very well maintained. Mary was very accessible and easy to plan with. We love to vacation in this area and can’t believe it took so long for us to explore Seabrook. We can’t wait to go back!
