Outdoor activities include crabbing, fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking and paddleboarding, and shopping and dining at Freshfields Village. Enjoy all the island's natural habitat has to offer with a bike ride or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach.

THE LAKE HOUSE: Guests have access to the Property Owner's Lake House facility, which features a workout facility, playground, basketball court, and indoor lap pool and /outdoor pools, zero entry kid's pool play area. The Lake House is located near the entrance to Seabrook Island. Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Amenity cards can be purchased for $40/day or $225/week per household. From November 1-February 28, the cost is lowered to $30/day or $150/week. Additional fees apply to use certain amenities
