Off the open living room, is a dining area with ample seating and abundant natural light. The kitchen is also off the living room area and features white cabinetry, subway tile, stainless steel appliances, an eat-in area, and is well stocked for your serving and entertainment needs. A laundry room with washer and dryer is off the kitchen and there for the convenience of guests.
Bedroom 1: A master suite bedroom on the first floor is ideal for guests who may wish to forgo the stairs. The suite features a comfortable king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, TV and ensuite, renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs on the second level, a grand master suite and features a, walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bath with dual vanity and walk-in shower.
The open hallway upstairs overlooks the living room and shows off the beams going across the ceiling.
Bedroom 3: A third bedroom features a king bed.
Bedroom 4: A fifth bedroom features two double beds. It shares an ensuite bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 5: The FROG is an amazing space for children. There are two sets of bunk beds in this expansive area, and an additional twin bed.
There is also a two car garage.
In the garage, guests will find three beach chairs and some beach toys. Don't forget to bring your golf cart so you can easily travel to the tennis center, equestrian center, golf course, pool and so many of the amazing amenities found on Seabrook Island. This is truly an amazing home and piece of paradise in the Lowcountry.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Golf carts require a gate pass and count towards the total gate passes allowed.
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. No more than 4 parking passes can be issued. LSV rental (if applicable) requires a gate pass.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
CANCELLATION POLICY: While the cancellation policy is plainly stated, please note that a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled. This fee covers the credit card transaction fee that our small business is assessed for both the transaction of booking and the transaction of refund.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
