Great location, Great AC, Room furniture POOR!

The view from the room/balcony was fabulous. While the interior of the room was modernized, the furniture and beds ARE in NEED of being replaced. Very old and worn looking. The mattress extremely lumpy. The beds were completely made differently which made me think that they might have been slept in prior to my arrival and never had the sheets changed! Tub drain yukky and held water. AC unit fabulous and cold! Hallways horrible and needs to be remodeled. Terrible parking, had to walk a couple of blocks from parking lot. Elevator needs to be changed out. Buttons not working properly. Excellent location facing Casino Pier. Lobster Lounge restaurant..excellent! Fabulous ice machine in lobby. Would stay there again!!!

I was really looking forward to this hotel and the walk down the boardwalk. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hotel was old, not taken care of, almost tripped a few times on bumps and cracks in concrete, and the other guests were loud/noisy, and a little sketchy. I will not be back.

There was no beach view! The room was dirty! The staff member that checked us in was not welcoming at all. The ad in Expedia was not at all factual. I would never recommend this motel to anyone and if I had not reserved through Expedia, I would have demanded my money back and gone somewhere else!

The hotel and people were run down old New Jersey. Room was ok with a view of the beach and flashing lights from the boardwalk till late night. Im glad it was off season because it would have been loud but also everything around it was closed.

The Aztec used to be a hot spot to stay at while at seaside. That ended about 10 years ago. The property is run down , they still ask for a 200.00 deposit and the air tin the restaurant and the rooms need updating . Lastly the shower which looked fancy didn’t work. When I checked out at 10am which is a hr earlier than almost all the other places in town. She didn’t even apologize or offer another room for a hr to shower only said ok then walked away.

This property was amazing for what I wanted, needed and price. We had a balcony over looking the pool that I could also see the Ferris wheel. Room was clean besides under the beds needs some tlc. Would have been nice for a coffee pot in room but everything is walking distance or a quick drive that it was ok. Too cold for the pool but the pool was clean. right on boardwalk so made it easy to come and go especially with a five year old. I would definitely stay here again
