You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking hang tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family.

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Wine on the beach
We came down for the wine on the beach festival. The house was very clean. There was plenty of room for all eight of us very comfortable and the host had great communication. Everybody in the family all agreed we would stay there again.

Wonderful stay at Seaside Heights
Aside from the amazing proximity to everything in Seaside Heights, the home was clean and spacious for the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 older kids). And 2 bathrooms was an excellent perk as well. Hosts communicated timely and made sure the home was well stocked. Loved our short stay.

Great place, close to the beach
Amazing house, we were able to fit lots of adults and an infant easily and had great access to the beach. We had an issue with the ceiling fan and they were able to come out in a few minutes to take care of it. Would definitely book again

Perfect get away
