Paid over $600 for two nights. Got a room with no view, ads bathroom so no tub. . Hot tub didn’t work. I go to Seaside a lot but couldn’t get a room at my usual place. This place was terrible

Excellent location and far enough from the promenade turn around to be quiet. Breakfast buffet was great and so were all the team that keep the Hotel in operation. The only issue we had was the shower door allowed water to pool outside of it and onto the floor. Bedding and pillows were amazing as well as the water pressure in the shower. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room however never used it so we are not sure how that all works in operation to give a rating on that. Overall a great stay!!!

The bathroom in our room had no fan so when we showered every surface in the bathroom got wet from steam. The frame around the bathroom mirror had been dusted - but not well. I took a tissue and finished the job. The bed was so high it was hard to get into for those of us who are not tall, and it was very hard and uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep well either of our two night stay.

The cafe was closed..open only Wednesday-Sunday which meant no dinner for me on Tuesday. No notice of that on web site. Lobby coffee was not available evenings, room 202A was much smaller than indicated. Functional but too small.

We have stayed here many times due to the nice facilities, ocean view rooms and the close proximity to downtown Seaside. My only complaint would be the random loud outside boardwalk people that stroll up and down the boardwalk at all hours of the night. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Here's a 1-star review for the hotel: While the location of this hotel is great, that’s about the only positive thing I can say. The price was ridiculously high for what you get. The rooms were outdated, the service was lacking, and overall it felt like a poor value for the money. Definitely not worth the price, even with the convenient location.
