The hotel was decent, but I always search the entire room for grossness. Under the bed was horrible!! Not only dust, but garbage and water bottles, it was pretty disgusting. The furniture was stained and there was wood on the comforter. We actually got our own blankets from the car for our daughter to sleep on the sofa bed. The staff were really nice, the TV has issues, you had to switch things in the back, and it was wobbly. The keys to the back door were really hard to use, We won’t stay here again.

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Hotel is located on the promenade with a view of the Pacific Ocean. My room had a jet tub and fireplace. Great value for what I paid.

Interesting to visit....
Great location for an amazing view of the beach... we were on the top floor. Room is dated and a little worn out... stained carpet and bedspread. Bathroom was very small. Good news - the whole hotel is being updated. Maggies - the restaurant on the 1st floor is closed... not sure if will ever open again. The website photos are a little misleading.

Staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom smelled like someone had just done a number 2 upon our arrival, but it dissipated during the first part of our stay…meaning, it doesn’t always smell like that.

I was expecting to be in the main hotel building but little did I know they have an unattached office building that also has rooms above it. We were in one of them. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room. Although the room furniture and decor was decent and clean the carpet was stained, there was no view at all of the ocean and the main hotel’s restaurant and bar was permanently closed which was not advertised as such. For the price it was a disappointment and we should have stayed elsewhere.
