"The property was warm, the beds comfortable and the location really handy. However, it was dirty when we arrived, stank of dogs, the bins were overflowing and there was mould all over the ceiling in the bathroom. The carpets were thick with sand and dog hit and there weren’t enough cups, plates or glasses for the group. It is not a well cared for property. "

"Super place to stay - right on rhe beach and near the pubs and restauarants. Secure parking round the back or parking on the green. The room was fabulous, splotlessly clean, tea and coffee, and bottled water . Breakfast was superb and the staff are lovely and friendly. I will definitely return !"
