I'm delighted to manage this beautiful condominium. It's a modern, comfortable two bedroom/two bath Penthouse condo apartment in downtown Seattle. It's one of the more upscale offerings on Airbnb. There's a lot to enjoy.
No "check-out checklist" which can ask guests to do dishes and laundry, so enjoy Seattle every minute and just leave when you're ready. There's free covered parking in the building, unheard of in downtown Seattle.
The calendar is always up to date, so if you've been verified by Airbnb, you'll be able to book immediately and I'll get right back to you with details.
The condo-owners association has imposed a strict 3-night minimum so, I'm sorry to say, we can't accept reservations for fewer nights.
You in town for work? This condo has free WiFi. For printing jobs, Kinko's/Fed Ex is in the Convention Center a couple blocks away, where you can get just about any kind of custom printing you want, plus shipping services. They have computers to rent and faxes, too. BTW--we're happy to provide our guests with high-speed Wi-Fi and up to 1gig Mbps internet service.
We're pretty sure you'll find this an ideal hotel alternative: the best in comfort, price, and location.
Guest access
You have access to the entire condo and rooftop decks. After you book, I'll send an email with all sorts of good information about how to get to the building, how to reach me, and a lot of recommendations for fun things to do while you're here.
Gaining access to the building and apartment is easy, once you know the code. There are no restrictions on how late you check in.
Other things to note
Relax and enjoy. Every effort is made for your peace of mind. My cleaner takes pride in going the extra mile for your safety, comfort, and well-being. He does thorough work and uses natural, anti-bacterial cleaning supplies. His motto is "Nothing less than super clean."
All beds, including the sofa/sleeper have the same amazingly comfortable mattresses. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed, another has two twin beds, and the sofa/sleeper in the living room opens to a queen-size bed with a seriously comfortable gel/foam mattress.
You'll have a fully-equipped kitchen that includes auto and presse coffee makers, toaster oven, and microwave. Pick up some wine, steaks or fresh seafood and fruit at Pike Place Market, then walk back and enjoy your own wonderful dinner party with views you’ll never forget.
Located in a rock solid, mid-century high rise, this condo is comfortably modern and fully furnished. There's an abundance of bed/bath linens and Bosch washer and dryer in the unit, there is central air conditioning for those few days it’s needed and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
The building is a secure environment with an on-site building manager and front desk concierge. There are two rooftop decks with outstanding city views.
