My room had a lot of issues for a hotel that had it’s grand opening while I was staying there. Broken toilet seat, clogged shower, inadequate ventilation leaving the room wet muggy. The HVAC was locked down and I couldn’t get my room cool enough. The new TV would not connect to my laptop because it was setup wrong. The staff were warm and friendly, and I did enjoy the new fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Sabrina was awesome! The tv channels were not all working and she did her best to find me a room that did work ( they didn’t but it was the effort made that counts) I dont remember his name but the young man tending bar was very nice and social. Incoming staff was very welcoming.

The stay was good, but the cleaning wasn't good. When I checked in, there was a stain on the toilet seat, and the coffee maker was placed where there was no socket. The biggest drawback was that there was no microwave in the hotel room, not even in the hotel itself. I added the breakfast to the booking, but they denied it by saying it was not included. But on the last day, they said we see it included. The air conditioner doesn't work correctly.
