Beautiful, clean, new design. The staff was the very best! Shower was not good. There was almost zero water pressure. Bathroom door was poor and didn’t close well or tight.

We had a great time and felt secure in the hotel. Unfortunately, my loaner car was damaged while in valet and we have yet to hear back about their "investigation". At one point we were asked if the damage was already there,as if we were trying to lie about the damage. The area to leave your car or where told to leave the car because the valet was busy wasnt a safe spotdue to cross and oncoming traffic. The hotel needs more valet parking attendants and some training for those valet parking attendants. The valet seemed young and unenthusiastic about his job.

It was in a very walkable area, not too far from many of the tourist sites. The bathroom was very nice. Everything was immaculate. The only negative was the mattress. It had body imprints. I was so tired I managed.

Great location
The water pressure in this place is horrible. We were on the 4th floor, would hate to see how bad it was on upper floors. The pillows were also not so great. The hotel itself is very nice, well decorated, and cozy. This location is not far from many restaurants, and tourist attractions.
