This hotel is okay. The rooms were clean and the bed comfy. We stayed there because we were on a budget over labor day weekend and the location was convenient. Some areas are refreshed (new wallpaper) and others not yet (noisy AC). For being so close to the convention center it wasnt that noisy. All the staff were polite and tried to help but some werent very efficient helping us sort out an issue with our room. Breakfast staff very attentive which was good because it was very busy!

I was expecting more for the price there was dog treats in the carpet what made me think they didn’t spend enough time cleaning the room, one of the lamps was falling apart, I think they could do way better.

Our room was mostly quiet, a bit noisy on our last night but we were there Mon thru Wed. Only had 1 problem & it was with housekeeping, banged on our door at 11 am on our last day when our privacy sign was on the door. I yelled thru the door that checkout was at 12 pm & we will be leaving then.

Staff are friendly and fellow guests are super nice. Breakfast options exceeded my expectations. There is something for everyone. Area is quiet and safe but still walking distance to shopping and dining. Looking forward to staying here again soon.

The property was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. The elevators seemed hidden as there were no clear signs above or around them which caused confusion for us and others. Hopefully, this could be fixed by adding signs .

Convenient location, beds can be better.
Bed springs were on the loose side. My kids slept well, the adults did not. Was hoping to do a swim but the outdoor pool size is on the small side.
