Was only expecting a bathroom to shower in and a bed to sleep in at this hotel but it far exceeded any expectations I had. The check was fast and easy, and the room was really small and kind of cramped, but it was clean and had all the necessities. What amazed me was in the morning, they had an incredible selection of food for breakfast, a bottle filler for your water bottles, and an espresso machine all included in the price of the room! The area it's located is also fantastic, right downtown Seattle, a walk or scooter ride from endless things to do. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff are fantastic and the rooms are nice except it smells like a nursing home. Bought air freshener for room and better. Breakfast was typical for continental breakfast and once again staff in breakfast area fantastic!

The location is great ( we attended a Mariners game) walkable to the stadium, the waterfront and downtown shops and restaurants. Have stayed here often. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s an older hotel, not fancy and rooms on the smaller side but offers everything we need.

As others have mentioned, this is an older hotel, but I still felt like it's well-maintained and the age didn't negatively impact my stay. You can't beat the location in regards to walking down to the waterfront and exploring all of the piers or catching a ferry or guided boat tour. It's also a short walk to the Pioneer Square light rail station, which easily connects you to the airport. I know there is a homeless problem nearby, but I did not have any bad experiences or encounters. As for my room, I was upgraded (from a full bed to a queen), and the room met my needs. Comfortable bed and a functioning AC, as well as WiFi. The free breakfast is solid too. I'd definitely consider staying here again primarily due to location.
