The property looks out onto a lovely golf course. The room is newly renovated, clean and tastefully decorated. The front lobby is attractive. There was complimentary coffee, tea, and cookies for us. The front desk staff member is friendly and helpful. The Irish Pub on site has tasty food. The only downside is the traffic noise, but ear plugs can help with that.

Love the balcony with the delicious smelling fir trees and the evening cookies are some of the best cookies I've ever had. My car did not get broken into or stolen, always a plus. This is my new favorite hotel in the area, I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Kent.

We had a wonderful stay in a King Balcony room. Beds are comfy. Appreciated the in room mini fridge and thar coffee was always available by the lobby. Breakfast offerings were good. Hotel felt safe in a very convenient neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!

On the outside, this hotel is unassuming in appearance. Inside, it is very clean and in perfect condition . Heck, even the shower was totally pristine !! There were some youth hockey teams on the premises , on the weekend and yet, we did not hear anything . The soundproofing must be amazing ! This hotel provides a good breakfast , with plenty of hot coffee and hot food , besides the fresh fruit, yogurt and cold cereals. Also, about 3 doors down , in the little shopping mall that the hotel is in , is the Harp Pub which provided some great meals and Guinness beer and Jameson whiskey ! Well worth considering if you need to stay in the area . We stayed for 4 nights and were very glad we were at this Best Western .
