The staff was very helpful. The willingness for them to pick you up and drop you off at the tram was a pure blessing. This will be my only hotel when visiting Seattle.

Hotel room looks run down and I had issues with the hot water. The next day, I realized the pipes were switched. I know It sounds crazy but I've never encountered anything like that before.

The room was clean, transportation to / from airport was fine, and also to the Amtrak train station, They also provided transportation to/The only dislike was there was only 2 bath towels total in the room
