The staff was very helpful. The willingness for them to pick you up and drop you off at the tram was a pure blessing. This will be my only hotel when visiting Seattle.

Didn't like anything and couldn't wait to get out of there. The only good thing was the breakfast buffet. I would definitely not refer anyone to stay there.

Poor service and not very interested in doing busi
First of all. I make reservation the date beforehand. Our flight was delayed and we got to the hotel about 3:30 am. They said if you do not show by 10:30. Your is sold to someone else. They they were full and sends us to a different hotel. When got there it took about a half and hour to check in. The other hotel was not that good. The worker's on breakfast were not interested in cleaning after the costumer. They runs out of different items and said that they not have any more. Would not stay there again.

I really liked how close it was to airport. Also it was very clean and inviting. Loved it had a nice breakfast. But what was a bit nerve wracking was coming in to the area there are signs about prostitution and pick ups. And in my room, all the electric outlets were loose so that I had a hard time finding one to charge my phone. It may be that with so much use they just need to replace outlets. It wouldbe wise to do so.

Our room smelled bad, most of the hotel didn’t smell great. After getting our stuff up to the room, we left and there was a cart full of garbage left in front of the elevator unattended. Staff was not friendly, we were not greeted when we arrived, staff seemed unwelcoming

Everything pertaining to staff and convenience was amazing they were all kind and helpful and the complimentary shuttle to the airport made up for the kinda stinky hallways and rooms and paper thin walls to hear every neighbor’s tv programming. Look bring earplugs and walk fast down the halls to minimize the bowling alley shoe return station like aroma 😂 I’m not trying to be critical but the carpets are ripe!

Friendly staff and near Sea-Tac Airport
I had an unexpected stay due to illness, and the staff could not have been more kind, helpful, and accommodating. The economical pricing, the proximity to the airport, and the free shuttle from and to the airport was especially helpful. Thank you!
