The bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot, breakfast was quite tasty, and the staff was extremely friendly. We were right by the lobby and while I was thankful to find a room during the week of Thanksgiving that had full power after the “bomb cyclone” I was leery of how loud it might be during the night however my wife and I never were interrupted and never had any trouble falling or staying asleep. Would stay here again

I was there for a week for work and my window door was broken in the morning. I paid to fix it and the next morning two of the trucks the windows were broken again. The hotel didn't want to take responsibility for it. I called the police but they didn't do much either. Worse time ever.

Checked in after Metallica concert in Seattle. Room had a musty smell, the floor felt rotted by the vanity sink just inside the door, and the sheets felt dirty. Felt dirty even after taking a shower. Definitely not worth the $$$ spent.
