The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the housekeeping to the cook. Breakfast was yummy the rooms nice and clean. Everyone was so nice l would definitely be staying here again !

We booked a normal King Room. When we get to the property they tell us they have no king rooms just two accessible rooms one on the first floor the other on the second the woman at the front desk tells us she recommends the first floor room because the elevator was out of order. Fine, we had to chose the first floor room even when it wasnt what we paid for. We get to the room and settle in i go to take a shower and see on the bar soap holder a old used bar of soap that was never disposed of from the previous guest! Thats unhygienic and unprofessional. I was disgusted but the rest of the hotel is fairly clean and well kept. The mini fridge did not work either. Three days prior to our check in date i was charged for the first night with no email or any type of communication being sent. I reached out to the property since i used the reserve now pay later feature but was charged before checking in after speaking with front desk they tell me that its a corporate policy to charge for day one three days prior to check in to make sure that the card on file is valid. I had never had to deal with anything like this. The hotel itself js in a decent location and i liked the privacy of the property but they need to iron out some things before they have my money again.

In some ways these guys were good - but, when I told the gal that I was a little late checking out due to a hurt back and having to make more trips than 1 or 2 to my car - she said basically "too bad, the door locks at noon". Nice....

We travel with a pet dog. Country Inn has spacious, quiet, clean rooms with plenty of parking and comfortable beds. Breakfast is on par with like brand hotels.

The room was very clean. Beds comfortable. The temperature control was weird, tho. It automatically got cold if we were gone or in bed. Heat shut off if no motion sensed? Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was quite good.

Very nice hotel. it was clean other than a small pretzel in hidden under the far side of the night stand. They have kind staff. We loved that our bathroom had a heating light. It was nice to not be freezing coming out of the shower! Breakfast was yum!
