The hotel is generally okay, but I noticed some serious issues. I immediately started having an allergy to dust — the hotel is very dusty. The ventilation in the rooms is covered in mold. For three days, I had to breathe very poor air and felt sick because of my allergy. I always carry an air quality sensor, and the levels were so bad that I had to sleep with the window open, even when it was 9°C at night, just to improve the air quality.
The breakfasts are good, but the same every day. The jacuzzi bubbles weren’t working, and there were dead spiders and bugs floating around. The staff seems to work alone, and I had to wait 30 minutes for hot water because a large group of guests arrived. When I asked about the hot water, I was told that the staff member was alone and busy with other people, even though I was there first. It’s not a huge problem, but still inconvenient.
Overall, the hotel is decent, but my family and I decided we won’t stay here again.
