There was no one at the front desk as there appeared to be no other employees in the motel. Besides our selves, 3 other customers arrived and were waiting to check in. This was due to problems with many young kids on various soccer teams were staying in the motel and creating some issues. They were also pretty noisy. The front desk had her hands full. The next morning, apparently the cook never showed up for breakfast. We went to have breakfast at 8:30 AM and only waffles were available. All of the other food trays were empty and in addition, hardly any bread items were out. Other customers told us the cook did not show up for work and this impacted the level of service. We also had kids periodically yelling and screaming as they would run down the hallways. Normally, this motel is fairly good but on this visit, there were some serious issues impacting everyone.

hotel really needs a “refresh”. Room had a strange odor, pillows were really bad. A/C did not maintain a constant temperature. Hallway carpets are dangerous because they have lumps in them. We felt sorry for the people trying to serve breakfast as the hotel was full and they didn’t seem to have all the supplies they needed as they ran out of different foods. Also, am allergic to animal dander and we learned when we checked in that you don’t have rooms that haven’t had pets. This isn’t right! They should designate some rooms for no pets so that someone with my health issues can use your hotel safely. Would not recommend this hotel for a stay in Bothell WA.

Overall this place is average. They’ve closed off direct access to the patio during breakfast. It’s still accessible down the hall, which results in people spilling their breakfast in the hall on their way to the patio. Property has mostly new finishes. Most of the staff were great, with the exception of one that was resistant to checking our luggage when we arrived early.
